You are recieving this as you competed in the Super Pro ET or Pro ET Championship in 2024.

For the 2019 season, the Pro ET Index bracket was changed from 8.99-11.99, to 8.50-11.99, a 0.5 second reduction of the quicker index. The main reason for this, was too allow some of the faster cars who may breakout on a ‘good weather’ day, some leeway on their dial-in. 

At the 2025 riders and drivers meeting, it was proposed to the floor (by a racer), that this change was too drastic, and should have only been 0.1 second, or no change at all.

Said racer explained how he feels the overlap discourages racers to move through the classes, as well as allowing Pro ET to have a much larger field, which means a good amount of racers would not qualify at the majority of events. Slowing the index would even out the two classes.

It has been agreed by the SPRC Committee that the change should be sent to a vote by both classes involved (Pro ET and Super Pro ET)
