The gates for this weekend’s Springspeed Nationals event will open to race teams at 09:00 on Thursday and close at 21:00. No admittance will be permitted after this time. The gates will re-open at 08:00 on Friday for the duration of the event.
For those who have left their race rigs with us, please ensure you arrive early on Thursday to move into your allocated pit bay, as these areas will be required for event pitting.
Please also be reminded that no trailers or caravans should be left on site without explicit agreement from Santa Pod management. Any agreed arrangements must only be short-term, and keys must be left with security at the main gate so they can be moved if required. We are seeing an increase in unauthorised trailers and caravans being left on site, particularly on the return road.
We politely request that everything is removed at the end of the Springspeed Nationals.
Signing on for the Test Day will take place in the Steward’s Room (next to signing on). All Test Day participants, including crew, must sign on twice: once for the Test Day via the iPads or by using the QR code on the wall, and once for the race event. Once the Test Day forms are completed, driver and crew wristbands will be issued by staff in the Steward’s Room.
