The main gates to the track will open at 8am for the remainder of the event on Wednesday 3rd September 2025. Unless you are booked onto the Wednesday test day, in which you’ll be allowed in earlier.
EVENT TIMINGS
Please remember for car entrants, if this is the first 2025 event you have competed in, or you are entering a new class or car, you must go to scrutineering in the scrutineering building. If you have already done this in 2025, you only need to sign-on, but there are still random spot checks throughout the weekend.
Wednesday 3rd September
- 08.00 – Signing on open
- 14.30 – 19.00 – Scrutineering open for national classes at the Scrutineering building
Thursday 4th September
- 07.00 – Signing on open
- 08.00-12.00 – Scrutineering open for sportsman cars at the Scrutineering building
- 10.00-18.00 – Scrutineering open for bikes at the Scrutineering building
- 09.30 – Track open for sportsman qualifying
- 13.00-20.00 – Scrutineering open for pro classes at your pit bay (timings TBA soon)
Friday 5th September
- 08.30 – Signing on open
- 08.00-20.00 – Scrutineering open for sportsman cars at the Scrutineering building
- 08.00-20.00 – Scrutineering open for bikes at the Scrutineering building
- 09.30 – Track open for qualifying
Saturday 6th September
- 08.00 – Signing on open
- 08.00 – Scrutineering open for sportsman cars at the Scrutineering building
- 08.00 – Scrutineering open for bikes at the Scrutineering building
- 09.30 – Track open for qualifying/eliminations
Sunday 7th September
- 08.00 – Signing on open
- 09.00 – Scrutineering open for cars and bikes at the Scrutineering building
- 09.30 – Track open for eliminations
Entry fees must be paid 3 days prior to commencement of the race event entered. There is a fine applied to late payments (late being asked for your payment in the signing on office) this will be £25 for the first offence and £100 for future failings within the race year.
