Please see below, important information regarding next weekend’s Bug Jam. (25-26th July 2025)
The main gates to the track will open from 2pm until 9pm only on Thursday 24th July, and then from 8am on Friday 25th July for the remainder of the event.
Please remember that, for Bug Jam, all cars in the following classes will need to be scrutineered in the scrutineering building before their first qualifying run:
- Volkswagen Pro
- Volkswagen Sportsman
- Outlaw Flat Four
For other car class entrants, if this is the first 2025 event you have competed in, or you are entering a new class or car, you must go to scrutineering in the scrutineering building. If you have already done this in 2025, you only need to sign-on, but there are still random spot checks throughout the weekend.

Friday 25th July
- 10.00 – Signing on opens for RWYB
- 12.00 – Signing on opens for Race Vehicles
- 14.30 – 19.00 – Scrutineering open at the Scrutineering building
Saturday 26th July
- 09.00 – Signing on open
- 09.00 – Scrutineering open at the Scrutineering building
- 09.30 – 13.00 – Track open for RWYB
- 14.00 – Track open for competition vehicle qualifying
Sunday 27th July
- 08.00 – Signing on open
- 09.00 – Scrutineering open at the Scrutineering building
- 09.30 – Track open for qualifying/eliminations
Entry fees must be paid 3 days prior to commencement of the race event entered. There is a fine applied to late payments (late being asked for your payment in the signing on office) this will be £25 for the first offence and £100 for future failings within the race year.
