The main gates to the track will open at 14:00-22:00 on Thursday 25th July, they will then reopen at 08:00 on Friday 26th July for the remainder of the event.
Friday 26th July
- 10:00 – Signing on open for RWYB
- 12:00 – Signing on open for Race Vehicles/Competitiors
- 14:30 – 19:00 – Scrutineering open for competitors at the Scrutineering building
Saturday 27th July
- 07:00 – Signing on open (competition licence required)
- 09:30 – 13:00 – Track open for RWYB
- 14:30 – Track open for Race Vehicles/Competitiors
Sunday 28th July
- 08:00 – Signing on open (competition licence required)
- 08:00 – Scrutineering open for vehicles at the Scrutineering building
- 09.30 – Track open for qualifying/eliminations
Sportsman Car Racers, please note that you only need to attend Scrutineering if this is your first event in 2024 or you have had major changes to your vehicle requiring a Scrutineering inspection.
Entry fees must be paid 3 days prior to commencement of the race event entered. There is now a small fine applied to late payments (late being asked for your payment in the signing on office) this will be £25 for the first offence and £100 for future failings within the race year.
